I found her smoking a cig and staring at her phone in the alley. So I peaked around to find her and pay some money (not 20$). ![]() She goes in the back to talk to someone.20 minutes later is still gone. How much for that slice of pizza?" Her "25$ plus tax". She then rolls her eyes when I asked for another and drops another tiny piece on my plate. The pizza sucked but I was having a blood sugar drop and was ready to eat anything I could stomach. ![]() I said "um, some pizza?" She then theatrically takes one piece and puts it back on my plate and stares at me while I eat all three bites. Waitress runs up, takes my plate away and returns the pizza to the hot lamp. I plonk them onto my plate and start to walk back to my table. I waited a mintue for instructions and then went over to the buffet which had two tiny slices of pizza under a hot lamp. I did! It took me almost 30 minutes of waiting to get my order of meatloaf and mash potatoes in to the waitress who looked like she'd rather be anywhere else. It was pretty run-down but I was starving and there wasn't much else around. I was far from home in Georgia and pulled into a "diner" of sorts. Long ago in the early 80s when I was in my 20s. ![]()
